Don't have the time or money for a personal trainer? Research information on line to see what workouts will target certain areas - most gyms have equipment that has diagrams which explain what areas they are geared towards as well. Also check out if your gym offers classes (which are often included in your membership) such as Pilates, Yoga, or Spinning.
Is the gym scene not for you or do you simply not have the time? Check out yor local bookstore or library for fitness DVDs which you can do in the comfort of your own home.
