Most brides become very conscious of their weight and diet habits as their wedding approaches. If you have access to a workout facility, it is most likely that they offer private training sessions which you may want to look into if there is a specific area that you are looking to target for weight loss or toning.

Don't have the time or money for a personal trainer? Research information on line to see what workouts will target certain areas - most gyms have equipment that has diagrams which explain what areas they are geared towards as well. Also check out if your gym offers classes (which are often included in your membership) such as Pilates, Yoga, or Spinning.

Is the gym scene not for you or do you simply not have the time? Check out yor local bookstore or library for fitness DVDs which you can do in the comfort of your own home.
